B.TECH مساء الخير اسوأ تجربة مع شركة #Btech اشتريت منهم تلات تكيفات Haier قبل كام يوم اونلاين. استلمت التكيفات من غير كابوليهات . عملت شكوه عن طريق الكول سنتر وقالولي انه حد حيتواصل معاك. أتواصل معايا حد وقالي الكابوليهات في كرتونة الوحدة الخارجية . لحدي هنا كل كويس. عملت طلب عشان التركيب. وجو الفنين وكانت المفاجأة اني مافيش كابوليهات في كراتين الوحدات الخارجية ، حسب كلام الفنيين ، وانه بيجو في كراتين لوحديهم. والمشكلة التانية قالولي انه في تكيفين مينفعش يركبوه عشان المساحات كبيره بعد ما قاسوها. مع العلم انه المعلومات الموضحة مش زي ما قاله الفنين. كلمت الشركة وقالولي نفس المعلومات الموضحة مش زي كلام الفنين. اديت الفني يتكلم مع الموظفة وكانت مصره انه المعلومات الموضحة صحيحة. الفني كلم المشرف بتاعه اكد له انه كلامو صح. ولو عايز اركب التكيف حيكون علي مسؤليتي من غير ضمان. فرفضت طبعا. لمن لقيت الحوارات كتيره قولت بلاش وجع الدماغ وارجع كل التكيفات لان لو دا كده من أولها حيبقى ايه الحال لو في صيانة. عملت طلب استرجاع للتكيفات والتكيفات كلها مقفولة زي ما استلمتها وصورتهم وبعتها علي الواتس اپ بتاعهم مع الشكوه وقلتلهم اني مسافر ومفيش حد يعمل عملية الاسترجاع . وكلمتهم فوق العشرة مرات ، الرد كان دايما حد حيتواصل معاك بعد ساعة. وبقالي ٥ ايام في الحالة دي ومش عارف اخد عقاد نافع. آخر حاجه قالو هالي انه حيتم الرد علي الشكوه يوم ٢ مارس ولحدي دلوقتي مفيش حد كلمني.»
