«اشتريت تكييف l.g انفريتر من أيام بحوالي 11000 ، المهم من أول يوم والتبريد ضعيف جدا تواصلت معاهم من يوم 24/8 وبعتوا ليا فني قال في انسداد في الكابلاري وهنغيره ،و الجهاز راح عندهم الشركة ورجع زي ما هو التبريد ضعيف بردو، كلمتهم قالولي ده طبيعي عشان درجات الحرارة عالية برة! تكييف لسه جديد بـ 11 الف ومبيبردش ويقولوا طبيعي! خدمة عملاء وصيانة ال جي سيئة جدا ومفيش اي حلول للمشاكل.»

«LG Electronics Egypt ال جي اشتريت تكييف ١.٥ حصان انفرتر من يوم ١/٧ و من تاني يوم ظهر فيه مشاكل ان في صوت بيطلع من الوحده الداخليه طلبتهم و جم صلحو المشكله والفني مرضيش يقولي ايه المشكله و ابتسم ابتسامة صفرا كده وقفل التكييف ومشي. بعد يومين الصوت رجع تاني اعلى من الاول والتبريد قل جدا، كلمتهم تاني قعدوا يماطلوا ويقولوا هنسجل شكوى وفني هيتواصل، مفيش حد تواصل لحد ما عدا اسبوعين، جالي فني تاني قالي الكباس فيه مشكلة ومحتاج يتغير والتكييف لسه مكملش شهر، طلبت استبدال الجهاز كامل رفضوا وقالوا التصليح فقط هو المتاح طبقا للضمان. تجربة سيئة جدا مع ال جي وخدمة عملاء غير متعاونة بالمرة.»

«the worst experience I have ever had was with LG Electronics Egypt S.A.E technical support. I had bought LG AC dual inverter as a recommendation from many people using the device. form the 1st month, the AC had a water leak from the indoor unit. I contacted the customer service, they sent a technician after 10 days! The technician came and said it's a minor installation issue, fixed it and left. Next day, the leak was worse and destroyed my wallpaper. Called them again, took another 2 weeks of calls and complaints until a supervisor came and admitted the indoor unit has a manufacturing defect in the drainage pan. They promised replacement within 48 hours, but it took more than 40 days to get it replaced after escalating to CPA. Extremely frustrating customer service and lack of professionalism.»

«جماعة ده تحذير من التعامل مع شركة إل جى مصر! ❌❌❌ Lg Egypt LG Global على الرغم من انه من أغلى الأجهزة اللى ف السوق.. الل ان خدمة ما بعد البيع فى غاية السوء !! تلاجتى جايباها من سنتين بأضعاف سعر ماركات تانية على أساس انى بشتري راحة بالى.. وفجأة التلاجة بطلت تبريد خالص.. كلمت الصيانة قالولى هيبعتوا فنى بعد ٤ ايام! مع ان المفروض ده عطل طارئ وتلاجة وفي الصيف.. الفنى جه بعد ٥ ايام وكشف وقال الموتور محروق ومحتاج يتغير وهييجى يركبه الاسبوع الجاي.. الاسبوع الجاي جه ومحدش جه ولا اتصل.. اكلم خدمة العملاء يقولولى قطع الغيار مش متوفرة وجاية من برة! تلاجة دافع فيها شقى عمرى تقعد شهر ونص بايظة ومفيش قطعة غيار.. واخر ما زهقت طلبت استبدال قالولى مينفعش.. تعامل فى منتهى الاستهتار ومفيش اي احترام للعميل.»
