«السلام عليكم حصل معايا موقف سخيف مع توكيل فورد ( اوتو جميل ) رحت عملت صيانه ال ٤٠,٠٠٠ في فرع القطاميه اللي في بنزينه توتال يوم ٢٣/٦ وصلت و سلمت الرخصه و قعدت في الانتظار تقريبا نص ساعه و بعدها دخلو العربيه و خلصت و خرجت و جيت استلمها لقيت warning ان الكاوتش نايم قلت للمهندس جيه بص عليها قاللي تلاقيه العامل زودلك الهوا فا هتمشي عليها شويه و هيختفي ؟!!! قولتله معلش جربها معايا ساقها فعلا و لف لفه و مختفاش طبعآ رجعنا ودخلها و قال للعامل يزود الهوا سألت العامل هوا انت زودت هوا للعجل قاللي اه !!! بس الكاوتش ده قديم و محتاج يتغير ده من ٢٠١٦ قولتله ازاي ده العربيه موديل ٢٠١٨ و نزلت بصيت علي الكاوتش لقيته اخر شهر في ٢٠١٧ !!!! المهم زود الكاوتش و عند اخر فرده طول قولتله الكاوتش ده كده فيه مشكله بوطي اشفه لقيت هوا طالع منه و المهندس كان واقف قولتله الكاوتش ده اتخرم منهم قاللي لا ازاي و بتاع و بعدها قاللي اعمل شكوي و هنبدلهولك كلمتهم عملت شكوي و كل لما اكلمهم يقوليلي هنرد خلال ٤٨ ساعه و عملت شكوي تانيه و حولوني لحد من الشكاوي و قالولي هنفضي كاميرات التوكيل و نتأكد ؟ و فات ٣ اسابيع و محدش رد عليا !!!! حاجه في منتهي قله الذوق بس انا والله ما هسيب حقي»
