«تعديل الحمدالله وبفضل الله ثم فضل الجروب المحترم الغساله جت النهارده شكرا للاستاذ محمد العربي الي اهتم بالموضوع بنفسه واتحلت بعد مكالمته ب ٤٨ ساعه ومستنين التركيب شكرا لناس الي ساندتنا من اخواتنا الي في الجروب السلام عليكم شركة Elaraby Group تم شراء غسالة اطباق ١٠ افراد تورنيدو بتاريخ ٢٠٢١/١١/٢٩ وتم تركيبها بمعرفة فني الشركة وظهر بها عطل فور التركيب والفني قال ان مع ثالث غسله العطل هينتهي صدقتو قولت هو ادرى تكرر العطل اكثر من مره واتفقنا مع الشركة ان هم يستبدلوها بعد ما كانو رافضيين لان مدة الاستبدال الي هي شهر عدت لانهم كانو بيماطلو وبيبعتو كل يومين فني عشان يبعدو نفسهم عن فكرة الاستبدال واخيرا ويرتهم ما اخدوها بتاريخ ١/٣١ تم سحب الغسالة وادوني برومو كود وقالو ٤٨ ساعة والغساله هتكون عندك وهنا بدأت الصدمة الغساله مش متوفره واستنى لما تتوفر طب ادوني فلوسي لا يا فندم خد بدالو اي منتج تاني طب انا عاوز الغساله لا يا فندم مش متوفره وانا في الحوارات دي حتى يومنا هذا مع العلم انه تم توفير الغساله واتسحبت ولم يتم اخطارنا اسف ع الاطاله الي عنده فكره احل ازاي يقولي او اتصرف ازاي #العربي_مفيش_مصداقية #عاوز_فلوسي #عاوز_غسالتي C.P.A جهاز حماية المستهلك #كفاية_اعلانات_كدابه #غسالة_اطباق_١٠افراد_تورنيدو»

«أسوأ تجربة مع خدمة عملاء في حياتي بعيشها مع العربي جروب ELARABY GROUP عندي عجان Tornado Kitchen Master KM1200-MBS تم شراؤه سنة 2014 و الضمان سنة واحدة بس.. معنديش مشكلة في قصة الضمان من مواصفات الخلاط الخاص بالعجان انه بيجرش ثلج.. و من اول مرة جربت فيه تكسير تلج قطعة السلاح الخاصة بالخلاط باظت و بتسرب مية و محتاج أغيرها.. مشكلتي هنا بقى مش انهم قالوا على مواصفة معينة في الجهاز و طلعت مش موجودة و ان السلاح يبوظ من اول مرة اكسر تلج فيها.. مشكلتي اني عايز قطعة الغيار دي و مش لاقيها في كل الفروع بتاعتهم! كلمت 19319 و متابع معاهم بقالي اكتر من سنة و نص.. كل مرة ياخدوا الشكوى و البيانات و تفاصيل الجهاز و قطعة الغيار و يقولولي حد من خدمة العملاء هيتواصل معاك في خلال 48 ساعة عشان حل المشكلة.. تخيلوا بقالهم سنة و نص محدش كلمني.. لسة ال 48 ساعة مخلصوش بقالهم سنة و نص.. كل أسبوع اكلمهم و يقولولي هنصعد الشكوى مفيش فايدة و محدش يكلمني ولا حد بيساعدني! روحت المصنع بتاعهم في قويسنا قالولي القطعة مش موجودة و لازم أشتري الدورق كامل مش قطعة السلاح بس.. قولت مش مشكلة عايز الدورق.. قالولي برضه مش متوفر! بس متوفر في فرع العباسية.. روحت العباسية قالولي مين قالك انها متوفرة هنا لا مش متوفرة!! و ادوني رقم أرضي اكلمهم عليه اتابع معاهم.. مبيردوش على الرقم الأرضي ده نهااااائي و اتصلت من كذا رقم مبيردوش برضه دلوقتي بكلم 19319 تاني برضه قالولي هيصعدوا الشكوى و محدش كلمني و بقالهم اسبوع كل ما اكلمهم يقولولي فيه تحديث في قاعدة البيانات اقفل و اتصل بينا في وقت تاني.. اتصل تاني يقولولي نفس الكلام.. زي ما يكونوا بيوزعوني! انا مشوفتش أسوأ من كده أسلوب في التعامل مع العملاء و تدني في مستوى الخدمة و منتهى اللامبالاة في مساعدة العملاء.. منتهى الاهمال دلوقتي مش عارف أتصرف ازاي.. العجان تمنه غالي جدا و ملوش لازمة من غير القطعة دي دلوقتي.. الحل ايه؟ اتصرف ازاي و اخد حقي منهم ازاي؟ انا مجربتش اكلم حماية المستهلك قبل كده ولا عارف اذا كانوا هيقدروا يساعدوني ولا لأ»

«حصل معايا موقف غريب شوية مع صيانة شركة Elaraby Group كان عندي عطل في الغسالة ال full automatic اللي نوعها hoover - غسالة مش كويسة محدش يشتريها - المهم كلمت خدمة العملاء على الخط الساخن بتاعهم علشان حد يجي للصيانة، كلمني فني من التليفون الارضي الخاص بالشركة والفني بقوله اسمك ايه قاللي مينفعش ااقولك إسمي ولا اي بيانات علشان دي سياسية الشركة وكده، استغربت، المهم الفني وصل في عربيته الخاصة فقولت له انت مركز صيانة معتمد تابع للشركة فقاللي آه، فاستغربت تاني الصراحة، المهم كشف على الغسالة وقاللي العطل ايه فقولت له هيتكلف كام فرفض برضو يقول وبعد إلحاح قاللي في حدود ال 3000 جنيه، أخد فلوس الكشف اللي هي 125 جنيه ومشي من غير ما يقول إسمه ولا مكانه ولا تليفونه ولا يديني إيصال حتى، بعدها بساعة كمية اتصالات رهيبة من خط الشركة الأرضي أن التكلفة هتكون 6300 جنيه، أتصل بيا أربعة في نفس الوقت وكلهم بيقولوا نفس المبلغ، وانا مستغرب جداً للمبلغ ولكمية الإلحاح دي، المهم طلبت التأجيل، وكلمت فني خبرة من محافظة تانية فقاللي خاللي بالك فيه نـصـ.ـابين كتير في المواضيع دي معرفش بيهكروا خطوط الاتصال وللا بيتعاملوا من الباطن مع بعض موظفي خدمة العملاء وللا إيه بالظبط، وقاللي فيه ناس انضحك عليهم وناس أجهزتهم اتاخدت منهم ورجعت بايظة وأسوأ من الأول، وحكالي قصص كتير مش حلوة من ناس راحت ليه علشان تحكيله بعد ما اتعـ.ـذبوا مع مراكز الصيانة دي، العجيب إن الشركة نفسها كلمتني بدون أي تنسيق وقالتلي إن فني الشركة هيجيلك علشان الكشف على الغسالة، وانا بعدها اتصلت بشركة العربي علشان ااقدم شكوى لاقيت البنت بتقوللي حضرتك اللي ظاهر أمامي على ال system إن كان فيه زيارة لحضرتك من الشركة وانت رفضت أن حد يجيلك ومحدش راح عندك خالص 🙂 شكراً جداً لشركة العربي!»

«السلام عليكم شركة Elaraby Group تم شراء غسالة اطباق ١٠ افراد تورنيدو بتاريخ ٢٠٢١/١١/٢٩ وتم تركيبها بمعرفة فني الشركة وظهر بها عطل فور التركيب والفني قال ان مع ثالث غسله العطل هينتهي صدقتو قولت هو ادرى تكرر العطل اكثر من مره واتفقنا مع الشركة ان هم يستبدلوها بعد ما كانو رافضيين لان مدة الاستبدال الي هي شهر عدت لانهم كانو بيماطلو وبيبعتو كل يومين فني عشان يبعدو نفسهم عن فكرة الاستبدال واخيرا ويرتهم ما اخدوها بتاريخ ١/٣١ تم سحب الغسالة وادوني برومو كود وقالو ٤٨ ساعة والغساله هتكون عندك وهنا بدأت الصدمة الغساله مش متوفره واستنى لما تتوفر طب ادوني فلوسي لا يا فندم خد بدالو اي منتج تاني طب انا عاوز الغساله لا يا فندم مش متوفره تعديل الحمدالله وبفضل الله ثم فضل الجروب المحترم الغساله جت النهارده شكرا لناس الي ساندتنا من اخواتنا الي في الجروب»
